POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibility for the preparation of yearly plan or schedule of new building and infrastructure improvement project as shall be implement in the Sika TH plant and set the budget of project. Handles plant projects and look for qualified suppliers and subcontractors and improvement jobs and check their completion and the quality of work based on the agreed specifications and job scope. He/she also contact the external customers and government agencies to comply with regulatory requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, PSM,IATF system and Engineering standards on plant facilities.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Prepare Schedule, Follow-up the progress of all project in the factory and drawings covering all services relating to plant and can be set BOQ, Specification, Estimate cost for an investment, drawing clarification and etc. as related with the projects.
  2. To improve existing building, infrastructure as concern with safety rule in the factory or systems to fit with the changes in the plants approach strategy and situations.
  3. Supports other internal functions such as electrical, mechanical and facilities in terms of improvements and installations and other projects that requires mechanical expertise.
  4. Recommendation of specialist contractors.
  5. To maintain the record for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, PSM and IATF standard regarding Improvement project and calibration program, and others as required in Job Instruction Sheet.
  6. Ensure that an effective projects schedule is set up and adhered to for all target of project.
  7. To be part of the firefighting team.
  8. Ensure that all quality and environmental system and procedure are followed as directed under the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, PSM, IATF and Engineering standards respectively.
  9. To be conversant and keep a breast with current and proposed legislation on all aspects of factory services including Health and safety at work.
  10. Control and follow up all document and job to be ensure that all run on the system and period as assigned by manager.
  11. Procurement, control, and evaluation all suppliers to support all job and achieve all target.
  12. Action follows as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, IATF,PSM and Engineering standards including the rules of company.
  13. Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Your expertise - Our strength

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

 

Experiences and Background:

3-5 years’ experience as Project Engineer

Experienced in Project management, facilities maintenance and improvement in manufacturing

Able to communicate effectively to suppliers, government agencies and customers

Know-how on government regulations and comply with regulatory requirements

Can communicate both Thai and English languages

Computer skills (MS Word and Excel), CAD
