About the Role

We are seeking a Training & Development Senior Officer to join our organization in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee skill sets and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and motivated to foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.

  • Design and develop training programs and curricula aligned with organizational objectives and employee development needs
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods and multimedia tools
  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to customize training solutions for specific business needs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and measure return on investment (ROI) through assessments and feedback analysis
  • Develop onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the organization
  • Create training documentation, materials, and resources that support employee learning objectives
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training methodologies to continuously improve program quality
  • Monitor and report on training metrics and employee development progress to senior management
  • Coordinate with external training vendors and consultants as needed
  • Support performance review processes by identifying development opportunities and career path planning

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in training and development or related human resources functions
  • Proven expertise in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software platforms
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and analyze training data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools
  • Experience developing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs
  • Knowledge of performance management and talent development strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Experience in creating engaging training materials and multimedia content
  • Familiarity with organizational development principles and change management
