Then you are in the right place; Sika Nigeria’s Graduate Trainee Sales Track is designed to equip individuals with hands-on-training that will enable you build a successful career in Sales.
This 12-month program, through a swap experience across different business functions, such as; Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, you will learn the operations of the business as well as the ins and outs of the products sold. Best of all, you will develop the skill sets and mindsets needed to become the transformative leader that the world needs.
